剛結束戲劇拍攝工作的連晨翔(Simon),19日出席「SIMON x TOYSELECT」聯名活動擔任一日店長,為自己和粉絲獻上大禮,推出由他親自催生、參與設計,以「笑臉、鬥牛犬、植物和假期」四大主題發想的手機週邊商品,多達50項,晨翔說:「想傳遞給大家『生活是美好』的正能量。」
這次「SIMON x TOYSELECT」聯名活動醞釀多時,全系列商品27日才會正式開賣,今(19日)一日店長活動率先公布的是「笑臉」主題;連晨翔聊起這次合作的緣起,是他2年前推出EP「百分百」時,創立TOYSELECT的兩位老闆,就經常為他客製化手機殼,上頭寫了各種短短的語錄:「每天看到這些手機殼上的文字,像是Have a nice day、Good luck,在當時是很重要的生活動力;我拍照po上網後,粉絲就瘋狂詢問有沒有在賣,品牌客服也被問爆,但當時沒有對外販售。」

直到這兩年疫情期間,連晨翔在家時間變多了,加上30歲之後心境慢慢改變,開始學習把步調放慢、從生活中尋找不一樣的興趣,他才想到可以以自己的日常為靈感,推出一系列聯名商品和粉絲分享;例如植物,晨翔說以前根本沒興趣、也沒時間,現在會自己去逛花市買回家種,看它們越長越大還學會幫它們分株,逐步把家裡的陽台改造成自己喜歡的樣子,既療癒、又有很大的成就感。

另一個重要的「鬥牛犬」圖騰,創意來源是連晨翔家裡養了快10年的鬥牛犬「晨熊」,連晨翔說:「晨熊陪我成長,是我生活的一部分,我不太敢去算牠的年紀,很怕牠很老了,除了皮膚不好,骨骼也好走路不太輕巧。」前陣子「晨熊」有天突然下半身不能動,連晨翔連忙帶祂去看醫生,讓醫生幫牠針灸。這一切,讓連晨翔更加珍惜與「晨熊」相處的時光,索性讓牠躍然手機殼上。
「SIMON x TOYSELECT」計畫推出的商品包括:手機殼、airpod保護套、ipad三折保護殼、雙線行動電源、充電器⋯⋯等,除了設計以外,連晨翔也很在意手機殼的質感及機能性,所以商品中的抗黃防摔殼是採用拜耳超強抗黃原料,不像一般的透明手機殼很快就又黑又黃,還通過MIL-STD-810G軍規防摔認證,也可以增加掛環配備秒變繩掛殼,露營郊遊都很方便。
