[周刊王CTWANT] 標榜「0卡」的可樂往往是想喝又不想攝入糖分的人首選，家醫科醫師許書華昨（5）日在臉書發文指出，有研究表明喝可樂會胖不僅是當中含有的糖分所致，其中的「二氧化碳」也是使人肥胖的誘因。許書華在文中，列出2個證實「二氧化碳」於肥胖有關的研究過程與結果。

其中一個研究是將小白鼠隨即分4組，第1組小白鼠喝水，第2組喝去二氧化碳的汽水，第3組喝一般汽水，第4組喝健怡（無糖可樂），4組小白鼠其他飲食均相同。每天記錄小白鼠的體重及食物攝取量，經6個月後發現， 喝一般汽水的白鼠體重比喝去二氧化碳的汽水的白鼠重；喝水或喝去二氧化碳的汽水的白鼠，比喝一般汽水或喝健怡的白鼠輕。

許書華表示，這項研究結果與食物攝取量有關，喝水的白鼠體重增加最少，而喝汽水或喝健怡的白鼠，體重增加最多，這是因為飢餓素的增加，進而導致每天攝食量較高。

另一項研究是隨機挑選20位18至23歲的正常體重男大生，在經過空腹11小時後，於隔天早上9點予以相同的早餐，隔1小時候予以不同的飲料，然後測飢餓素濃度。飲料包括水、一般汽水、健怡、去二氧化碳汽水以及加二氧化碳的水。結果顯示，喝汽水比喝水的男大生，飢餓素濃度高出6倍；喝一般汽水、健怡或加二氧化碳的水，比喝去二氧化碳的汽水飢餓素會高出3倍。

對於研究結果許書華表示，即使汽水中沒有糖分或人工添加甜味劑，仍會使攝食量和體重增加，原因是汽水中「二氧化碳氣體」造成食量增加。結論是汽水中的「二氧化碳」，藉由分泌飢餓素增進食慾，進而使體重增加，而肥胖會增加得脂肪肝的風險。許書華文末提醒，「喝可樂會胖不只是因為糖，還因為二氧化碳！即便是健怡也是如此喔！」
