小嫻跟金剛5月證實分手後，睽違兩個多月，今她首度露臉出席米食盒餐活動，看起來氣色很好的她坦言已走出情傷，現在就是努力生活往前進，而她跟金剛分手至今也完全沒聯絡，問她是否也已取消追蹤對方社群媒體?小嫻透露：「就暫時退一下，因為覺得不要被影響，先安靜一下，理性和平地分開，也祝福對方。」

小嫻這次回台北三天都排滿工作，是因為分手才藉由工作轉移心情嗎？她說這些工作都是很早就接的，跟感情事件無關。

不過向來異性緣很好的她是否已準備迎接下一段感情？小嫻說目前沒心思談，也不可能這麼快就投入新的戀愛，「我想先把注意力回到自己身上，了解自己多一點，可以給幸福的只有自己，自己要把自己狀態調好，就不會被影響。」那會排斥再跟圈內人交往嗎？她說不會考慮太多未來假設性的事，「我先消化好上一段，除了感謝也反芻自己，然後謝謝對方。」

問她跟金剛交往一年多期間最大的成長以及體悟？小嫻則說：「我覺得我已經全力以赴，沒有遺憾，也感謝這段經歷也讓我收穫很多。」那還會繼續捧場買金剛的雞翅嗎？她笑稱這部分畢竟是金剛的事業，「我就是祝福，大家也可以繼續多支持他。」

分手後的她努力生活工作，也已規劃下半年目標，小嫻透露現在想把英文學好，也已報名視訊上課，「我高中很早就出道，所以沒機會多念書，現在我都會看外國影集去聽他們講甚麼，把英文學好是生活技能之一，我也想學攝影跟室內設計，多涉獵新的東西讓自己更好。」
