中國日前宣布自13日起暫停口石斑魚，大大影響台灣養殖漁業，農委會17日公布內外銷獎勵措施，預計編列8億900萬元預算，不過隨著企業紛紛響應認購，漁業署代理署長范美玲今（21）日指出，截至20日已有多家企業認購500公噸，農委會也下修搶救石斑魚經費至4億800萬元。
農委會今下午舉行「石斑魚產業因應措施進度說明記者會」，會上范美玲表示，國內行銷分4大塊，企業認購中秋禮盒1,000公噸，截至20日止已有訂單500公噸；有電商通路250公噸；超商超市150公噸；餐飲、婚宴桌菜200公噸等。
農委會日前公布內外銷獎勵措施，外銷部分將補貼海運及空運費用，內銷會補助漁民1年免負擔貸款利息，預計編列8億900萬元預算。
范美玲表示，由於有很多不具名企業熱情響應支持石斑魚業者，截至20日已認購500公噸，再次精算預算後獎勵措施經費不需要到8億元，今年度預算下修為3.7億元，2023年則為3,800萬，總預算為4億800萬元，國內行銷2.46億元，其他費用沒有改變。
